ABOUT SUSAN LYNN
My journey into this work was not a straight line or a sudden awakening.
It unfolded slowly, through lived experience, periods of change and loss, deep listening, and years of learning how to be with myself (and others) more honestly and compassionately.
Like many people drawn to spiritual and empathic paths, I learned early what it meant to feel deeply, to sense beneath the surface, and to carry emotional weight that wasn’t always mine. Over time, I also learned the cost of that sensitivity when it isn’t supported by boundaries, integration, or community.
Much of my work grew from that learning: discovering how empathy can be a gift rather than a burden, and how spirituality can be grounding rather than overwhelming.
My approach has been shaped by seasons of burnout, reorientation, and rebuilding.
These experiences taught me that real transformation doesn’t happen through intensity or performance, but through pacing, presence, and gentle integration. I came to value practices that honor the nervous system, the body, and the rhythms of real life, not just peak experiences or spiritual ideals.
Along the way, I began creating spaces where people could reflect, connect, and make meaning together. What started as small offerings grew into online platforms, communities, and live events, each reinforcing my belief that healing and insight are amplified when they are held collectively and ethically.
I share my journey not as a blueprint to follow, but as context for how I work.
I don’t position myself as someone who has arrived at answers; I work as someone who has walked alongside change, uncertainty, and inner questioning long enough to help others navigate their own with steadiness and care.
If you’re drawn to this work, it’s likely because you’re not looking for someone to fix or lead you. You’re looking for a guide who respects your intelligence, your sensitivity, and your timing. That understanding is the foundation of everything I offer.

This is a space rooted in inclusion, dignity, and respect.
I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and this work is explicitly affirming of queer, trans, and gender-diverse people.

My work exists within the real world, not outside of it.

A Gentle Approach to Growth
Healing is not a race.
This space honors emotional pacing, choice, and capacity. Intensity is never forced or glorified.
Rest, boundaries, and sustainability are considered sacred.
I believe growth happens through empathy, curiosity, and reflection; not through fear, shame, or superiority.
The orIGIN story
I’ve been able to see, hear, and feel spirit since I was a child. While my family joked about ghosts, no one really took it seriously, so I tried to block it out.
As a self-affirmed nerdy square adult, however, visitations and messages began to come through with increasing regularity and determination (and I secretly hoped it was “just a phase.”)
A little help from a friend
A pivotal shift happened in 2012 after the loss of one of my closest friends. Not long after they passed, they began coming through with messages, encouragement, coaching (and yes, a little coaxing, too.) That experience changed the course of my life and forced me to acknowledge something I had spent years trying to quietly sidestep.
From there, things unfolded quickly.
Ready or not
In early 2018, my guides asked me a simple question:
“Are you ready?”
They refused to explain what exactly I was supposed to be ready for, but something in me knew the answer had to be yes.
That’s when, pardon the language, all hell broke loose.
Spirit communication became a daily experience. Sometimes messages would come through at inconvenient moments, insisting I stop what I was doing and write things down immediately. Other times, I’d wake up in the middle of the night hearing repeated words or phrases until I finally gave in and grabbed a notebook.
Accidental Readings
By mid-2018, I entered into a short but lively period I jokingly refer to as “psychic verbal diarrhea.” One minute I would be minding my own business, and the next I'd be telling friends and even complete strangers things about themselves that there was no way I could know! Some of the time it could be brushed it off as a fluke, but on occasion I dove deeper and ended up giving my first spontaneous readings. Before long, people were actively seeking me out for guidance.
The help and guidance I’ve been able to facilitate from the other side is always surprising and often mind-blowing. I am humbled, privileged, and thankful to be a part of it.
Expanding Beyond
Today, I share intuitive guidance with people around the world through videos, live events, workshops, and online communities.
My YouTube channels reach over 100,000 subscribers, and I steward communities with thousands of members seeking grounded guidance, thoughtful conversation, and genuine support.
I’ve also created sold-out live events designed to bring people together for reflection, learning, and meaningful connection.
No matter the format, the intention remains the same:
To bring comfort, clarity, and connection to those seeking guidance and to teach them how to access that same wisdom within themselves.
