Connect to Empower is Susan Lynn’s annual conference experience, created for people seeking meaningful conversation, genuine community, and the kind of encouragement that happens when we gather together in real life.
Now entering its fourth iteration, Connect to Empower is shaped around a new theme each year. What began as a single annual gathering has expanded to include Connect to Empower On the Road and additional online experiences that carry the same spirit of openness, reflection, and connection into smaller spaces throughout the year.
These gatherings are designed to feel welcoming, thoughtful, and refreshingly real. A place to explore big questions, meet people who speak your language, and reconnect with yourself in the company of others doing the same.
